this is how to get someone to speak to regarding your case: follow these EXACT wordings and you will be connected. you can screenshot this for future use, in case this gets deleted: remember it may not be in any particular order. 1. call (800) 375-5283 2. HOW CAN I HELP YOU? —I want to know about my case (when asked how they could help you)— 3. WHAT IS YOUR RECEIPT NUMBER? —I never had one. ( even if you have say you don’t have)— 4. HOW WAS IT FILED?? —at a service center— HAS IT BEEN MORE THAN 30 DAYS? —yes— 5. WOULD YOU LIKE TO WAIT FOR AN AGENT? —yes— mornings are busy so wait time is around 5-10 minutes evening times are quicker, within a minute you will be connected come back here and comment what your experience is when you use this trick. thank me later. #USCIS #emma #eb1 #eb2 #niw

Please don't use this trick. It may connect you with a live officer, but it's not the right way to go about it. These officers handle real case issues and document processing, so using up their time unnecessarily can delay services for others and even slow down overall case processing. @olu mikk , drop the call and call again. it works. the same thing happened to me this morning. but I eventually spoke with a Spanish lady who helped a lot.
