how to speak with real agent at uscis
hi everyone,
I have a question few months ago whenever I would call uscis and upon saying infopass it would connect me to an agent right away or with a little wait time.
But now the wait time is 80 mins or 75 mins every time I call them(after saying infopass)
once I kept on hold and thought maybe they will connect me earlier but after waiting for 45 mins I hung up.
do you guys know any quick way to connect with a real person other than infopass??

I waited 83 minutes and got connected- no way around, unfortunately

chose technical support option. wait time is very short and routes to the same agents.

thanks everyone, has anyone tried live chat?? was there any wait time when you did chat with an agent?
I’ll also try technical support tomorrow, I hope something works out and connects me with a real human.

yes, I tried the live chat it was challenging too to get to a real human! try to write -Connect to live chat-; -I am the petitioner (or applicant)- when Emma says connecting to a live chat you would be good!
