how to speak with live agent at uscis?
My visa going to expired and I would like to chat with live agent. Does anyone know how to speak with live agent at uscis?

through Emma or calling. if you do through Emma just type live agent and follow the prompts and you should get it. I just did that now.

what option did you selected? because it’s not letting me.

I ignore the first options. I just type live agent. then I pick case status. then it asks for a receipt number. then it asks for your question. then it connects to the live chat.

you can call 1800- number and ask info pass then ls connected to live agent

call them: +1 (800) 375-5283, and say "expedite request". depending on the time you call, you may be transferred directly to someone or be next in line or wait minutes to hours before you speak to someone. that's the only way I've found to speak to someone. I also had an expedited request to submit, though.
