How to know which service center is processing your case? By looking at the first three letters of your receipt number on your receipt notice.
The main service centers are as follows:
MSC – National Benefits Center
NBC – National Benefits Center
EAC – Vermont Service Center
VSC – Vermont Service Center
WAC – California Service Center
CSC – California Service Center
LIN – Nebraska Service Center
NSC – Nebraska Service Center
SRC – Texas Service Center
TSC – Texas Service Center
YSC – Potomac Service Center

first, check your receipt letter. your service center is normally indicated at the bottom part of the letter. but uscis normally transfers our application without informing us. so better do an inquiry from time to time.

@was Aud... Ohh man..Nice question.. until now i was under impression that my parents SC is texas but now I just realized that My mom's SC is Potomac and my Dad's Texas. Once you receive initial letter , if you filled online, at the bottom you can see..

what’s the difference in MSC-lb and MSC-SC. I know it lock box and service center. but how to know your case is in service or lock box.

@Samvid Verma depends on your case. mine got approved after a year. others got approved less than a year, and some wait for 2-3 years for USCIS approval. this is for marriage petition for green card holders.

@L OD my case is also same permanent resident filling for a spouse and child under 21 petition date: December 04 2023 one year complete
