How to know where my case is now?! and how to chat with Emma?
Everytime I chat with Emma, if replied back with a list of options that take me to a web page!
How can I know if my case is at a service center or at a field office?

ask emma > live chat > connect to live agent > try several times, system will connect u

@kira, most likely wouldn’t. Call the 1-800 USCIS number and say “info pass” to the machine when it asks you what you want. It’ll connect you to a live agent within 5/10mins, just hold on, do not hang up. And then you can ask your questions. Hope this helps.

@Kira, yes... sometimes the live chat works with Emma and sometimes it doesn't. At some point, it stopped working. But this info pass works 100% of the time.
