Go on the website and go to "Ask Emma", typed in 'chat with a representative, technical difficulties then connect to a live chat

when you call just say “representative” whatever the AI says keep saying “representative” she will eventually direct you to one and ask you to have you receipt number or case number ready. That’s what I used to do and it worked for me every time.

I did it today through the website, with Emma. request live chat with an agent. I had to wait like 5 minutes and in 15 the request was made.

1. Type "Live Chat" 2. Select "Case Status" 3. Select "Connect to Live chat" 4. Select "I don't have receipt number." 5. Type your question Boom! You are in the queue!

very easy! call uscis phone number when first officer answered your call ask them: i wanna talk to (Tier 2 officer ) and choose the officer will call you back. you make sure keep ur phone with you officer Tier 2 will call you back within 2 to 4 hrs. good luck

princess 💗 k have you done that? I called and I requested to talk to a tier 2 officer and they submitted a request and told me that the officer will call me in 48h to 7 days ._. that that’s the new protocol, I did that yesterday

or call and ask for info pass and it will connect you with a rep .. I spoke to a live rep yesterday

when you call the USCIS number tell the AI you wanna send a service request and you wanna talk to a live agent

when you call say. appointment and you’ll be directed to a live person
