When you call, say “infopass”. That will connect you to an agent. Once connected, you can ask to be connected with a tier 2 agent and that request can take (I believe) 30 days.

getting connected to USCIS by phone? yes but the hold times lately have been insane. getting connected to tier 2? I haven’t had luck. requested this almost a month ago and still waiting

still within processing time, there is nothing they can do 😞 I guess at some point, I am going to have to put a stop to it and move back home. This is difficult emotionally to have to wait for that long and not have any sort of time line.

yes i am still within processing times, however every month the backlog is getting longer and longer. I wonder if people are giving up on their application as everything seems impossible to achieve.

and congressman in your district

i tried congressman in my district in July and the answer they received is the same as the one I have received from USCIS : our case is still within processing times. I don’t know how else they can help. I am a LPR and I don’t vote in this country. I don’t have a voice

try again. see who your other congressman is. I did in June/July too and got the same response. tried another congresswoman and called followed up. received an email yesterday saying they forwarded my inquiry to uscis yesterday and received my approval today. so try someone else. I’m not even a LPR yet so there are people who will help. keep trying
