How to find out service center for i130 petition starting with IOE ?
I have the reciept number that starts with IOE but couldn't figure out where my case is being processed at ?

At the left bottom corner of my receipt notice it's written National Benefits Center. Does NBC processes i130 case where the beneficiary is overseas ? As I am outside the United States.
