You can call the USCIS customer service number and say, info pass, once the interactive AI begins talking. State that you want to expedite and you will be passed along to a customer service agent who will ask what category you are applying for. Ex., financial, medical, etc. You will then be directed to upload your evidence in the unsolicited evidence section of your myUSCIS account. Once you’ve uploaded your evidence, call back to speak with another agent following the same process as before. The agent will file your case electronically and you will be notified of a decision within 7 to 15 business days. Good luck! 🙏🏼
