I tried like 10 times by phone and no one answered, then I got finally connected in less than 5 minutes of wait by the online chat with Emma you have to text I want to speak with a representative

go to Uscis.gov Emma chat will pop up type live chat ( during working hours ) select Case Status make sure you have your receipt number , address, email , phone number , and full name and date of birth ready it will ask you your receipt number and ask you to explain. why you want to contact write the reason maybe checking my case or any reason you contacting wait it will connect you to a live agent and you will be able to talk with one .. good luck
