how to apply for ead with ap
so my lawyer said she cannot apply for ead with ap for me. im using Safe Horizon of NY. it’s free but they told me they can’t apply for ead with ap unless it’s just ead. so can someone teach me how to apply for ead with ap. also, can I apply for it myself even though I have a lawyer or is that not allowed.

@imo imo my ex spouse is a USC. I have already submitted i360 i485 through the lawyer. the lawyer is a govt lawyer(New York State), they are helping me with my case & I didn’t pay nothing.
my current EAD/AP is from my marriage & will be expiring in a few months, but the lawyer said they do not apply for EAD with AP for their clients. so I was wondering if I can do it myself. Also, what receipt? is it the one I got when I sent in my vawa?

@imo imo I’m filling this currently so I put my attorney’s address as the physical address or not? I’m not sure what address to put there or can I just put any address there?
