absolutely m.c 💕 it's hard to see others get approved so quickly, not to be a spoiled sport or unhappy for them, it's just hard! I will be 6 months submitted this week. We are Nebraska and the processing time is 3-7 months so hopefully in November we get our answer. x

Texas June filer here, and I’m so eager to hear anything back! we went to actively reviewed last Monday so I’m even antsier and just want them to send that approval already 😂 it’s all so arbitrary!

also, that Instagram name can’t be found :( as far as Emma is concerned, try typing “live agent” during their work hours. I believe it’s 8am-4pm eastern time. Then a live agent will connect, ask a few verifying questions (whether you’re petitioner/beneficiary, address, DOB, stuff like that), and then they should answer your question. I made the mistake and asked three questions at once, so the lady told me to call them. Usually they should give you an answer though, if you ask something about your service center for instance.

Try typing "representative" in Emma chat. I remember that worked for me.
