How Soon After Deadline for Medical RFE does USCIS Issue I-485 Denial Because They Can’t Locate Missing Medical RFE?
Just curious…… How soon after deadline of medical RFE does USCIS issue I-485 denial letter because of missing medical RFE? How often does this kind of denial happen although applicants send their medical RFE before the deadline? Please give me some insights! Thank you!

if it’s case where u send the medical and forget to send it with the medical. I would try and send the letter on the online portal just gotta try you never know don’t give up until they say it over try and send it online all the best @Faithful God

medical is for the I485 so put it under unsolicited evidence I’m just saying nothing beats a trial give it your best shot hun @Faithful God

I file nothing online all thru the mail/post hopefully someone on this sight can give u some input I’m new to this was just giving my 2 sense…is the deadline pass when u should send medical if not go back to the place u did the medical n spoke with the doc who did it and get another copy and resend it @Faithful God I’m sorry this had happen
