@alen luis you have to track visa bulletin every month new visa bulletin is published where it shows dates based on priority date. if your priority date is current or before what is published on visa bulletin then USCIS or NVC will proceed further.

@jareena shrestha you don’t need income statement, all you need is last 3 years ko tax returns documents which can be obtained from IRS online in few minutes and some most recent paystubs to prove current employment that’s all. I am also in US and income statement banauna time lagdaina, online bank ma Janey ani statement print garney ho but I don’t understand why income statement is needed

@unicorn life eh ok thanku in the nvc applicant information, along with documents like passport,birth certificate, police clearance report , marriage certificate, there is photographs required too. what kind of fotograph do we need to upload? it is my pp size foto or the fotos of marriage and travels with my spouse ? and how many fotos are needed to be uploaded ?

@jareena shrestha without interview letter you can’t make appointment for medical checkups and also medical report are valid for certain months I believe 6 so it’s crucial not to do early

@jareena shrestha yes it’s very important to submit translated documents of any foreign language documents. and it has to be notarized too I believe… what did you submit with USCIS? and how come you have Nepali version ward le ta English ma nai dincha Haina ra ?

don’t worry it doesn’t matter to add more documents better you add sooner better it is..upload and submit again
