How much more do we have to wait?
Hello everyone. Is anybody 4rm Nigeria waiting 4 I130 approval too? My husband submitted for me since Dec 2023 by d case status only shows dat d docs was last reviewd on Jan 10 2024 nd no outstanding? He submitted online in Texas so we don’t know the center it falls to, pls any clarity on this?

Im August 15th, 2023 at Texas service center as well and have not yet been approved.
I support what Svea said. It will take around 15months to get approved. When he submitted he got a received notice, if you look on the bottom left corner of said paper, it mentions the service center’s address it went to, thats how you know which is your service center

Hi Dorcas, I’m from Nigeria. my wife filed for me in Oct 2023 and up till now I haven’t gotten approval. no RFE’s , Nothing at all!!!
