How much longer do we have to wait for F3 visa
our priority date is 5th May 2018 , and estimated wait time for F3 visa is 10+ years , and USCIS final action for F3 visa is July 2010 for India

@Mubarak khalifa Has your case been approved yet? They are currently working on cases from 2012. my case is F3 with priority date in 2016 and it has not been approved yet. Last June I received messages that it was migrated to ELIS but no approval yet. it has been taking 15 years total lately for F3 cases.

no , it just say case was recieved and it migrated to ELIS ( electronic immigration system) in May31,2024

yea, we have to few more years. Mine is 2016 and I am waiting for approval. I guess we have to wait 5-7 years more if everything goes well.
