how much longer?
I really don’t know how much longer I should wait??? I contacted uscis through Emma chat and they said they would put in a special request in my case since it has been more than 60 days I submitted my RFE response and uscis has to respond within 60 days of receiving my RFE response. After a request was put in, a tier 2 officer contacted me and all she said was that the case is processing regularly and I should have an update soon. But that was like 3 months ago. What is going on with uscis??????

PD 10/18/21. Brooklyn FO. RFE was medical, but they did acknowledge receipt on 3/10/23. Still waiting..

responded to my RFE for long form birth certificate on 01/19 and have been waiting ever since. 10 months as of the 28th of April😢
