Check the processing time for the N400 in the office that you were assigned. if it passed, which in this I think it did, you can get an inquiry. Or, get in touch with immigration through their site, and talk in the chat to see if they can help you.

i did and they said i have to wait βΉοΈ 12 to 20 months he said but everytime i check the website it says longer and longer estimated times

Okay, on the USCIS site is saying that you need to wait between 12 to 20 months, youβre around your 17th month, wait until you complete around 600 days of wait, and then you make an inquiryβ¦ that is your legal way. also, as I said, try talking to them through the website.
