he said I paid i131 $165 + $85 for biometric

yes I paid that back in December 2022 when I submitted my I131 form but that was before USCIS updated their Fees. For the RTD they actually decrease the fee. now it’s $165. and like everyone says just check USCIS Website if you aren’t sure.
