This email was given to me by USCIS, it's been 3 months and I'm not getting any answer, can I file a mandamus and wait for 6 months?

motaher I got that email and after the 6 months was up they gave me another 6 months my pd is sept 27 2021 am still waiting for 485 to be approved

this is crazy. At this point I’d definitely sue. they have no reason to hold your case for 18 months after an interview. @Motaher hossain

You both can sue, the wait is too long. You can do it Pro Se, as this person did, with assistance, he shared contact who helped him within listing.
