according to mine same as yours I have been here in the US for almost a year now .if ur case is pending tour allowed to stay until desicion is made from USCIS unless DENIED you have only 30 days to leave the country or appeal a new i485 again .we are all legally to stay as long as no letter of DENIALS. did u get I 131 travel document .you can travel but I decide NOT .for safety reasons.
