@O M jee i got an email from embassy today, medical garna bhaneko cha IOM ma contact garera but still interview date chai diyeko chaina, was it same in ur scenario.

I was instructed to submit the documents first after which I receive another mail for medical and interview date

what kind of documents did they ask @O M jee, was it the passport copy in the emails or other documents.

guys i have been waiting since may 31 . I can see it can be a long wait for me

it was good, just verified relationship and asked derivatives if they were single or not. They took their passport and said they will call them to embassy to pickup the passport in a week.

@NYS i730 rn seems Jan folks are getting dates.

@nash b must be a good sign that they took the passports . how many photos as an evidence do u need to present ?

4,5 pictures, few converstation history on fb and western union/moneygram transactions

finally visa has been approved guys after 2 weeks of administrative processing. Good luck everyone on this journey.

@sushila bohora karki sad to say that no any update on my case till. Feb ko cases ma kam vakai sunya xaina, don't know why the embassy is delaying the interview cases. It's too much of wait already. :(

@sushila bohora karki Today i got an email from embassy for the medical. They also told to prepare the list of documents in the email.

The embassy is now working on cases of february.

@S B I think after we go for medical and everthing goes well, IOM submits our medical to the embassy, And embassy again send email for docs submission and interview with prior date and time.

Sb jee documents need to be submitted in person in a given specific time and date..in my case they hand over my benificiary appointment confirmation on the day of doc submission..

@S B all done with medical. are you enlighten with next steps? Do IOM submit our medical docs to embassy or we have to submit it to embassy? any update on urs?

@mill ito we collected a medical report in a sealed envelope so i think we are supposed to submit it to the embassy. As Embassy was closed for Thanksgiving day so don’t have any updates on next steps.

@S B any updates after medical and email to embassy?? No updates on my side after medical and email. waiting for embassy email either for docs submission or interview.

@mill ito my beneficiary got an email to submit the documents and an interview date for December 1st… i hope you will be receiving an email soon as well.

Sony's took 22 days tor receive passport due to festivals, also heard someone getting after a week. I think a week or maximum of 10 days to receive passport. when did you get email for interview? date and time? today? or yesterday? @S B

interview was good @O M ji and @mill ito they just asked general questions to verify relationship.In our case we had to submit the documents before interview day and only take passport at the interview .

@S B how are we suppose to submit the documents is it in a folder form or in a file bag? also are all those documents submitted in copy form or original documents

Ofcourse in a file bag, yes, all original and translate + notarized for nepali documents. and photocopy of all originals and the notarized, all to be submitted. @NYS i730

@NYS i730 you can visit any notary public (mostly bagbazar, maitighar, putalisadak area) and tell them to translate your any type of nepali documents. Its pretty easy to get your document english translated. Just visit notary public.
