Hey I think I saw online you must file an appeal within 30 days from the date of the decision not the date you received the decision.

I checked the USCIS site and it says 30 days to appeal. Did you hire a lawyer? I think it's best if you do.

There may be a mistake with USCIS same way they denied a friend because they asked medical and i864W but he sent medical and not i864W so they denied then he made infopass to explain and they told him bring the i864W and he got approved days after right after denied
