@Jimmy St I mean, the statuses were changed for the second time. Because my case (1-130, 1-485) was changed to "actively reviewed in the evening on March 04, 2023. This was the second time. The first time was about 5 months ago right after biometrics (9/29/2022). 5 days already, nothing else. So you got the second time as well?

I submitted RFE response on Saturday and on Tuesday status changed to active review and I found approval under docs. It's an I-130 for parent of a US citizen.

Yes but every case is different, my I-130 approved in july 2021.

I called and spoke with an agent on three occasions and I was told that my case was reviewed on certain dates but I never got the case review notice. and it’s been 71 days since my rfe was received. Anyone experienced this? @Lm m

@Harry Dao , I got my approval in the same day as I was informed that “Your case is being actively reviewed” for the second time. Also I had RFE before the second notification. You may look into documents you have uploaded earlier because that’s how I found my case was approved. If you have acces in your USCIS account you should look there. Good Luck!
