@Vik Singh it went great literally 15 mins I was ask when we got married our church address out home address my 485 yes n no questions my spouse was asked when we got married who’s our affavidit does he know my siblings and that’s it

as soon as got out I got a notification and the i130 approval letter was there. got two more notifications taking action and an action been taken on the i485. our interview was this morning. they told us GC for my husband was approved on the spot.

I had my interview and after 4 days, 130 got approved but also forwarded to visa center which it not needed. I am already in the US and not sure why they sent my case for visa processing. very stressful immigration honestly. 485 just there hanging

@HRZ-JW PC wow I have no update but the interview was amazing I couldn’t even ask for better even if I tried wildly but I don’t have access to my account my lawyer does so that could also be it if I were to give my immigration story you guys would wonder how am still positive trust me it’s wild

hey @Anna B My interview was today and it was super easy, he focused on my wife since I had previous marriages and he asked me 6 questions plus the ones on the form, now the status of the 130 and 485 is “CASE IS BEING ACTIVELY REVIEWED FOR USCIS” Is your case the same?

@O….l oooo mine never updated at all it’s as if I wasn’t there and I’m confused but my lawyer control my account I don’t have access to it so most days I get information through this app but I didn’t even go under active review nothing and my interview was easyyyyyy so am kinda stress now
