your wife needs to contact uscis and see. if that didn’t work contact congressman/woman.

it is unusual for it take this long. my cousin became us citizen March 2025 and updated her case and week or two later she was approved.

@Alex LA I think your wife needs to write to the service center and local field office, attach certificate of naturalization. Updating her citizenship status is too much of a big deal to be done over chat.
