How long will it take for Green Card to be approved after dates become current ?
Folks,
I have a question about the process, my medicals are going to expire in Dec,2024. Let’s say my dates become current in the next bulletin, how long will it take for the file to be processed and approved as my case has been in CRP since Jan,2024.
PD 28Feb,2022.
Appreciate your response.

@V M it is hard to say how long it would take. I have seen people getting approved in 3 months and some waiting since a year.
here is a link to changes in medical, hope your medical was done after Nov ‘23 https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/uscis-announces-new-guidance-on-form-i-693-validity-period

@V M you will be getting medical RFE after securing visa. once you submit RFE it will 2 to 4 months but once your case is current how much time it takes to send RFE is a question as different FOs have their own time line based on their load. if your FO is faster processing 3 to 4 months to green. if slower then 5 to 10 months.
