then you should submit outside normal processing time request to see why is taking that long.

i am not sure. i just got this reviewing message 10 days ago. Current Recipet Date is Feb14 which is after your case recipet date. And i am not lawyer though, i suggest to consult to someone with the details of your case since everyone might have different situtations.

@Ramandeep we also submitted I-130 CR1 on May 10 2021 Nebraska service center and we received an update on Sep 18 2021 your case is being actively reviewed by uscis now still waiting for approval u have any idea how much time to take get approval after this status ???
