how long to get medical rfe
just got i140 approved after long wait. concurrently filed i485. how long is the wait to receive medical RFE? anybody in similar situation?

hey 👋 why they approved I-140 before I-485 , any idea for that?

I 140 has to be approved before I 485 gets approved. I applied concurrently, i.e. I sent both applications together. if i140 is denied then i485 is denied automatically.

mine was approved Jan 2021 after a very long wait too (27 months)! I got rfe end of July Texas service center and my attorney just replied back this week.
