how long to get i130 (f3) approved?
Filed in 2018, migrated to Elis in 2024 and still hasn't been approved yet. I understand about visa bulletin and such, I just want to see it's been approved at least. I just want to understand if it's processing normally or it should have been approved by then, so we could wait for visa availability for a few more years

@Karrie S mine is F4 category April 2012 from India I am still waiting for approval it's moved to ELIS in June 2024 but still nothing updated

@neeta patel my pd is 2012 december.... mine also updated in june 2024 we are in the same line but you are in front line maybe more 4 5 yearss waiting

The visa bulletin doesnt have an impact on the approval of the I130 but rather when your beneficiary can file for permanent residency. USCIS is constantly changing processing times, but you can go to USCIS processing times and select form I130.

@as Asa I don't know everything about her f3 case but I know her f3 case is opened in February 2025 and after her visa fees and all paid but still she don't get any visa call it's almost one year past , her f3 pd is 2011 india , she is waiting for visa call almost all procedure done .
