It took about 4.5 months before I received my approval after medical submission. It honestly varies per case and which center it’s being processed. I’d say if you’re still waiting after your priority date, contact your lawyer or call uscis.

Contact USCIS, ask for status update, or also inquiry via local congress. If you cannot wait anymore, you can sue USCIS for a delayed case as a Pro Se. You will get a decision within 60 days. Learn more about it writofmandamususcis.weebly.com
