@fk fj I think that @Rose A thought his form was going to the NVC… she’s not familiar with the I-824. This is a unique form of hell that our new friend @Md. Mosarof Hosain is entering. Hi @fk fj USCIS approve my I-130 form & they told if beneficiary out side of usa then proceed i-824 form after that they will send to NVC, then NVC will process next steps. so now i need to know how long time will take USCIS to send in the NVC.

Again, none will or can answer your question. file your form now and submit it today. it is along raod ahead of you. if you check the two boxes, then you screwed as most of this takes up to one year or even more. if you left it empty, maybe around 100 days. If you choose adjustment of status instead, I have no idea about this. as you can see by yourself the processing time for this form at all the centers are up 20 months. as a result, you are the only one know what mistake you committed in your i-130. did you check the two boxes together? did you left them empty? did you choose adjustment of status instead of consulat processing?

Hi @fk fj I did selected on USCIS to notify a U.S. Consulate through the NVC about my adjustment of status to permanent resident in the United States. so that my spouse may accompany or follow to join me. Now i did send I-824 to USCIS. also i am not sure what can i do.
