yes USCIS approved my case but nvc still waiting for the in transit

from uscis to Nvc ? it's a week or so you get the welcome letter. now if you mean from nvc to embassy, it depends of the embassy

@B G I’m also waiting from nvc to my country embassy,got a mail yesterday ; Greetings, We are writing to update you on the status of I-129F petition (Petition for Alien Fiance(e)), , assigned to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General in Lagos. The National Visa Center (NVC) has received your approved I-129F, and we will notify all case parties when this case has been sent to Lagos. Approved Forms I-129F have a 120-day expiration date from the date of approval by United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). A consular officer will revalidate your petition for another 120 days at the time of the interview. You do not need to take any action for this revalidation to happen. I hear they’re currently attending to January cases I hope when they get to March I will be approved it’s so exhausting sincerely
