I’ve also been seeing a lot of people who have entered illegally be denied. regardless of their marriage. I had a friend deported and was forced to start the process all over again the right way. while I hope this is not the case for you, I just thought I would point out that unfortunately it is still a possibility

@M M you can adjust status inside US if your husband served in the military by using Parole in Place. If not , i think you will have to do consular processing or file waiver 601 hardship to US spouse.. but yet i thought ur case is approved already?

@miaa brown We are following the instructions of the very experienced immigration attorney. I know many people in similar cases with successful results. Always remember that there is no guarantee even if someone comes with a visa to have an easy path to the adjustment status.

@ryo san anyone can adjust status inside the USA as long as the marriage took place in the USA. partners don’t have to serve in the military to do this. I only know that because that’s what my husband and I did.

@Tina L - In all the difficult decisions that I made through the course, I never once felt brave. In fact, I often felt scared to death. I never lost those feelings, but after much practice, I learned to ignore them. That learning process might also be called the courage development process. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
