Anywhere between 11-13 months on average. First Active Review is just acknowledgment of case. Second active review usually comes after 6-12 months and that’s when the adjudicating officer actually looks at the case and either approve, deny or request for evidence.

after you submit the document, potomac updates your status as actively being reiwved. after 12-18momth later 2nd being reviewed update and then few days or weeks later will be done
