sending Form I-391 and your original immigration bond receipt, known as Form I-305, to the Debt Management Center. If you have Form I-352, which is the original copy of the bond contract, you should include it in your mailing.

and if you going through bond office you should contact them first and they should help you with the process, also you should include the judge order

you have the bond through an bond man ? or direct with ice?

@mike Jordan No, i actually went to ICE office today with my husband who posted a bond with ice and they told me that i am in process of removal- so i am really confused why BIA termination didn’t actually terminated my removal. They were shocked to see me, i think ICE officer probably could’ve deported me if he wanted. My lawyer is useless. Trying to reach him all day.

well if you have a case 130 & 485 or court they can’t deport you, my brother his on bond since 2020 and he has removal order taken in place but they can’t deport him because he is on bond and waiting on his court date

and you can’t get refund until you have juge order showing your case is closed , but if your order was removel you can’t get the refund until you leave the country and send pic when you arrive to your home country with flight tickets

@mike Jordan Yes i have I130 approved. We’ll see. Hopefully i get it back since my lawyer said i am eligible for refund🤞🏻
