How long it takes to get a response from USCIS if you file an inquiry through congressman office, is it worth it doing it ?

I do not think so. I did it with congressman and White house as well but USCIS review the cases their own pace.

@Brendy Shaqiri If you sue, you do not contact the White House. Trying to use a congress person or trying to contact the White House does not guarantee anything and will likely do nothing. A lawsuit forces them to provide you with an answer. I believe it is about $750 to sue. There are you tube videos about how to do it.
