how long it can take to open my file from usa greencard holder parents and citizen to son. file was submitted 2020 december
i am hoping the decision in as soon as possible and it was so slow after covid.

@Miral patel You need to contact USCIS and request status of you case. they been reviewing it for 5 years already which outside of the average 48 months norm. you can also check on their website when you can contact them by entering submission date. I am pretty sure you already can do this.

@neeta patel you need to contact USCIS directly and request a status of your case. it doesn’t take 13 years to approve I-130. your case either lost or can be closed.

@neeta patel Neeta, I don’t work for USCIS so I can’t truly answer. you need to contact them by using Emma or call them. you have been waiting for a very long time. they should provide some answer to you about what happened to your i-130. Go to egov.uscis.gov, find submit case inquiry.
