Since its been more than 3 months that i send medical and still no response. Has anyone gone through this situation and how long does it take them for making decision.

If you are in EB3 unskilled there is nothing else will happen with your case for now.They can't issue the GC because they are only allowed to issue GC to person with PD before May 2020 as of now according to the visa bulletin for September. so you just have to wait and each month check the VB to seen when the will get to your PD.

As per my understanding regarding your situation. I think you are expecting updates after the RFE is received.
I been through similar situation on March 2023 and after 10 days of “RFE received “ it changed to “ Case remains pending “ which I hope is interview waiver.
in your case they might be intending for interview or there chances they will make it to “CRP” after sometime.
good luck 👍🏻

@Ashish Paudel indeed with @Utopia L ! I understand your question, and like it says maybe it takes a few days, weeks or months to change but so far nothing to worry! good luck 🍀🙂🙂

@Utopia L Case remain pending no longer means your interview is waived. Mine at beginning said CRP then again transferred to another office and it’s not updated since then.

@Mr X Well possibly!
For that reason, I have requested for FOIA. It’s gonna be available in few days. I will see if they ticked on “interview waived”. If it’s not, then certainly chances are high of getting case transferred or scheduled for an interview.
