How long is takes from RRFE to Approval at Fresno FO?
Hello! My i485 case was just transferred to Fresno office. we knew it since we’ve got a rfe at 07/12 for correcting item 61 on the form. The rfe was received at 07/25 (rrfe shown).
Does anyone recently experience the Fresno FO? How long will cases usually go from rrfe to approval?
Also, Fresno is my non-local FO, however Emma told that interview hasn’t waived yet. How likely will there be still an interview ahead?

Most likely they will waive the interview now that the rrfe has been received. If interview is required, i will like to think they will transfer the case to the local FO (hopefully not and they just approve your case now). Can you please share when your case was moved to Fresno FO and what is your priority date and if your case is family based I-485? Since my mother's I-485 is also at Fresno since January 2023 (PD: June 2022), I am trying to figure out when can we expect a decision?

Hi @M L , I don’t know the exact date when the case was transferred, only know my FO from the rfe mail. The case is Eb1b and the PD is 10/2020. The RD is 03/31 and the FP is 05/12 this year.

@Yas I. Seems like you had a positive experience with Fresno FO. Can you please share if you have any feedback on when they typically process I-485 cases? They sent me I-683 medical courtesy notice on March 8th and emma agent has confirmed few times now that my interview is waived. We already submitted medical with I-485 filing on June 2022.
