Per NVC timeframes as May 30t they are working of cases received by May 12 and K1/K2 are taking up to 90 plus days for Welcome Letter. Good Luck!

I am on day 83...I contacted nvc and I got my case and invoice number! You can email them and fill out ds 160 with info

@J M Thank u. I keep trying to fill out and pay fee for ds 160 but it say I jave the wrong case number and invoice number....Urghhhhhh I want to pull my hair out

@J M it's starts with CDJ.....it's only 13 digits and I thought it was suppose to be 16....confused ! help ! where can I check ready status for visa next step and what does a real case number look like

@J M Invoice # is only 8 digits starting 468267** Beneficiary id# is 474944** also 8 digits nothing is 16 digits as required....I am back at square 1.....

@Britney Santana After my 8th email to NVC they said my case was sent to embassy on June 6th 2023 and they emailed me June 9th 2023....but I need the letter to know the next step because I have no clue if it's ready or not for me to move on to the next ds160

@Britney Santana they mailed today stating that they just received my file from USCIS and they haven’t entered the data in their system yet. they will send the welcome letter after they enter our data to the system
