How long is EB1 queue as on now?
I am in India. My EB1A i140 is approved. I have opted for consular processing. My Priority date is dec 9, 2022. Can anybody tell me how many cases are in queue whose priority date is yet to be current?
I mean number of approved cases between 25 April to 9 dec 2022. Any estimate..
Is this number bigger than total visa number available for year 2025?
l am new to this community. Any insight is welcome.

oh that is sad. I mean your process should have been finished long back. I cant understand,if final action date is feb 2022. how a person with PD 2018 still waiting?

@Raeesh Maniar According to the data released by uscis, between Feb and Dec 2022, there are around 10k pending I-485s.
