How long from medical RFE to approval?
PD Feb 2012. Case moved from CRP to RFE on Jan 23rd after dates become current on Jan 1st. It turned out to be a medical RFE as original medicals expired a month before dates became current :(. Interview was already completed last year in May at local Omaha field office then case moved to CRP(they had 90 days with dates being current from interview date but didn’t approve). This new RFE came from NBC in Kansas. I didn’t know there was a NBC in Kansas too. RFE resubmitted and case moved to RFE received on Feb 8th and nothing after that. just curious to know if anyone else in same boat and how long it’s taking for approval.

I have Jan 2012 PD and still its in CRP, received AP and EAD last year but no further updates. When did you file your i485 with medical? Has it been 2 years already and hence RFE? My case is still with NBC.
Not sure when we will have next updates.

it’s very sad. try raising a congressman request or whitehouse request. this is what helped me to get traction on CRP. all the best.

I didn’t sent with medical first got a letter asking to submit medical then they lost it. sent rfe which I submitted in 2022. then interview in May 2023 then crp then rfe again for medical in Jan last week 2024 after opening a service request calling them also opening a request with whitehouse and senator office too.
