changed job, sent rfe response with sup j, 2 months back. got a response yesterday that case is pending till visa number become available.

@Tim Id there is a questionaire from 62 to 68 on i485 application which asks you abour if you have used any govt benefits in past or any intentions to use in future, questions about ur income level for which u need to answer but in our case lawyer said it does not apply but uscis responded saying we need to answer thats all

Exception is given to certain categories like Refugees, asylum, …….@Vik R Your attorney did a terrible job. USCIS has given clear explanations and your attorney should know better! Any EAD approval before your RFE?

@Sa O I485 form itself says if you answer no to item number 61 then go to item number 69a. Attorney said they are seeing this rfe offlate and asking applicants to fill this section, unfortunately when i filled last year oct it was not a thing. I have only EAD approved at this point.
