I received a call after 30 days if that help. I think they should be calling you within 30 days. if you talk with Emma, you may get more info

I would call uscis and make another inquiry, I got a phone call 5 days after an agent told I would be contacted to a tier 2 agent.

I received the callback on 43 day

I submitted so many requests, one almost every week with agent over Emma. one of the request was on November 21st and received a call from agent on 15 December as a follow up of that request.

I talked to Emma 2days back, Emma opened a ticket and told me I will get a call from tier 2 agent in 72 business hours. Hope I get the call next week

people who received a call from tier 2, what is the status of your case, is it approved now?

mine was approved by the time I got the call but I read that if it's not approved yet and get officer call that would be the chance to make a case of expedite..

Mine is not approved yet. My reason for the call was to verify that they received my RFE response. Because the status still displays “RFE was sent”, so I was confused. Tier 2 officer agreed to schedule an internal service request for the Field Office to try attract their attention to my case. It was a week ago, I have no news after that

I asked my lawyer today about the delay as my RFE deadline has crossed and I have not received any confirmation from USCIS that they received my RFE response. My Lawyer has resent the RFE package saying that due to covid Deadline for RFE is extended 2 more month from the date mentioned in the RFE document. Hope they acknowledge my package and give the approval soon

I asked the similar question to tier 2 officer. And he answered that the status might not always reflect the correct status. So if your status is “RFE was sent” it doesn’t mean that they have not received your response. They might received it, but they update the status only when someone from USCIS officers touch your case. He also suggested me to keep the proof of delivery from FedEx for my RFE response, just in case

@Natik V, thank you for the info. I do have the proof of delivery with me. I also have reached out to congresswomen office to make an inquiry on my case. I have sent them my RFE Notice, proof of delivery attached. Let’s see, whichever option works.

I’ve just received an update for my case - it was approved! I believe that tier 2 call back has helped!

Hope so, my 2nd replica RFE package will be delivered on 27th after Christmas

USCIS closed my service request with this comment- “After reviewing your inquiry, there are no additional updates that can be provided at this time.” 😐I did not receive Tier-2 call.
