I Will talk to my employer about it.my EAD will be expired on December. I would like my I-140 to be approved before 3 months so I can renew it through my pending I-485.

@AS SA you can talk to your employer and pay for premium processing. I paid for premium processing for I-140 July 7 and I got approved on that same day and received my approval notice in 5 days
