how long does it take Nebraska process non-medical RFE at the end of the I485 process
hi,
wanted to ask if anyone has experience with how Nebraska processes RFEs at the of the I485 process.
My PD is 02/21, counter filing. I got an RFE in august for medical a, and yesterday I just got another RFE for I-508 & I-485j (lawyer forgot to send this form with the initial package).
I haven’t got my EAD yet, and I have an event I can’t miss in June outside the country. Couldn’t sleep whole night and my frustration level got really high.
I’m wondering if there’s any chance the USCIS will process the RFE and approve the GC/send me an EAD within 3 months, but honestly I almost lost hope in the system and considering to give up on the GC.
would appreciate your input!

they have 45 days to respond your RFE. but I had 2 RFE and both they responded me with 10 days. if I were you I would call them and ask

My service center is Texas. I called them couple times because I so anxious. They denied my expedite twice then fret 14 days they changed my status to “card is being produced “ by itself.

are you taking about an expedite request or an RFE? these are two different things as far as I understand
