How long does it take for you to get any notice after sending FAX materials for expediting?
😂I heard nothing after sending my FAX material for expediting at the beginning of this week. Just wondering how long does it usually take for you to get any responses or even a receipt from USCIS……

I faxed evidence last Friday and no response yet. I reached out through Emma and got confirmation it was received

@Elisha B. how do you ask Emma for the confirmation? I reached out to Emma couple times and they said there is no way to get the confirmation if they receive it or not. Wondering how should I ask to let them tell me this information…

@Not Found I asked for a detailed status update for the I-765 and then asked if there was an update on the fax I sent for the expedite and got told: “received on 6/9/23, no decision yet. “ I think it really depends on the emma live agent you get…

@Not Found thanks so much for letting me know amd congrats! unfortunately I don’t have an approval notice on my account yet… Aside from the approval notice, dis you get an email that the expedite was approved?

@Elisha B. I didn’t receive any email. The approval notice just sit in the account for me to discover and my status is still actively being reviewed. Hope you get yours approved very soon!
