hello - I responded to rfe yesterday 8/16. how long before my case status online gets updated ?

@Vishal - It took two full days for USCIS to update my online status to “RFE respnse recieve”. Ty

no EAD or combo card?

I have my combo card back from April , just waiting on my green card now

when uscis recieve an rfe how long they thake to let u know they recieve the rfe or the mail

mine was received on morning of aug 16 and they updated my case status on night of aug 17. so 2 full days

i sent my rfe 1 week ago, but i don’t no if they recieve it or not

if you sent it through fedex you should be able to track if it was delivered

usps say Delivered, Left with Individual, but uscis don’t say nothing.

@vishal, thx. was your lawyer in the same time zone as field office where you had sent the RFE? I'm curious the reason you chose to sent via lawyer and didn't respond yourself?

my RFE was also responded on Aug 16 to Boise office (I live in Seattle but got RFE from Boise), delivered on Aug 17 but no status update, it still shows RFE was sent. waiting waiting waiting 😰

it has been 24 days for me already still just shows rfe response was received then like 9 days after my wife’s cas also got updated with correspondence was receive but no decision yet
