How long does it take after Medical RFE?
I receive an RFE for mi medicals based on a pending I-485. How long will it take to hear back from them?

I submitted mine in Nov 22 to Sacramento FO! still no update! I see some people get approved after 3 month in Sac but most people like me stuck there for months!

Mine was approved 8 days after it got delivered to them. Nothing changed in my status but I used the USPS tracking to know when it was delivered to them.

I submitted mine on the 18th of May i got update on the 23rd of May that yhye have received it and started working on it again for I-485. but to much surprise I submitted I got EAD approved which they did not say anything to me since October last year. and my status has not change on that one.

My attorney submitted the RFE response with medicals and extra documents on June 14th. It was delivered on June 16th. No updates! I was wondering how many of you at least received the confirmation that they received the RFE. Thanks FO Chicago

I can’t even see that a RFE was sent. I received and Responded it and the status still say that My case was transfer to a different office.
